Summer Is Almost Here!

Although the snow is still flying, it is time to start thinking about your summer trip to Breckenridge and all of the activities this mountain playground has to offer. By the way, if you are not quite ready for summer, Breckenridge Ski Resort is still open and we have now received over 430 inches of snow for the season – crazy! The ski area will be open until the end of May.

When the mountain closes, the summer activities begin! We have hiking, golf, festivals, shopping and more! But some of the most exhilarating activities include whitewater rafting, biking and SUP (stand-up paddle boarding). If you would like to try any of these activities, we have the inside scoop on the best places to go.

For whitewater rafting, we recommend Adventure Central. They can take you on a wild ride in the rivers throughout Colorado or on a mild and scenic ride. It is totally up to you! They also take rafters through Brown’s Canyon, a local’s favorite and one of the most rafted rivers in the world. To book, follow this link.

For bike and SUP rentals, we recommend Charter Sports. They are a locally owned and operated company who pride themselves on great service. For more information, follow this link.

See you this summer in Breckenridge!
