About

About Us

Alpine Meadows Management was founded in 1983 by Mike Jocelyn when he realized the community lacked a property management company with exceptional customer service, that also met the needs of the local HOA community. After successfully meeting those needs, he decided to expand the business to include short-term vacation rentals.

Along the way, he met and married Libby, and Alpine Meadows became a true family-owned, local business – including son Brandon. Since Mike’s passing from cancer in 2016, Libby and Brandon have continued to offer the same exceptional level of service and commitment to our community that Mike originally envisioned.

Alpine Meadows’ dedicated staff works full- time, year- round providing reliable and professional service to our properties. We are able to respond to owner and guest needs promptly.

Mike Jocelyn

Mike started Alpine Meadows when he realized the community lacked a property management company with exceptional customer service, that also met the needs of the local HOA community. After successfully meeting those needs, he decided to expand the business to include short-term vacation rentals. Along the way, he met and married Libby, and Alpine Meadows became a true family-owned, local business – including son Brandon. Since Mike’s passing from cancer in 2016, Libby and Brandon have continued to offer the same exceptional level of service and commitment to community that Mike originally envisioned.

Libby Jocelyn

With a degree from the Metropolitan State College of St. Louis in Travel and Tourism, Libby moved to Breckenridge in 1983, starting her property management career with Alpine Meadows in 1989. Beginning as a front desk agent, Libby quickly moved into management, becoming president in 2007. When husband and Alpine Meadows founder, Mike Jocelyn, chose to pursue retirement, Libby took over the day-to-day operations of Alpine Meadows Association and Property Management, in addition to continuing her responsibilities as president. During that time, Libby also earned her Community Association Managers license. When the opportunity presents itself, Libby enjoys cross country skiing in the winter, and hiking in the beautiful Breckenridge mountains in the summer with her son, daughter and dog.

Hannah Kopicky

Hannah is a true rarity – a Native Local. She was born in Vail, but got to Breckenridge as soon as possible – actually within days of her birth! She was raised in Breckenridge, a lover of the mountains, skiing and Summit County. A graduate of Summit High School, Hannah spent time working in Denver, where she developed a solid background in sales and marketing.
In 2013, Hannah moved back to Breckenridge with her husband, son and two dogs, and joined Alpine Meadows.

Kim Organsky

Kim was born and raised in Wisconsin (Go Packers!), moving to Summit County in 2003 after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Kim joined Alpine Meadows in 2011, bringing all her years of accounting and customer service to the Office Manager position. She also holds the PCAM designation and is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.

Kim enjoys hiking and camping in the mountains with her husband, daughter and English Golden retriever. In the winter, she can be found skiing at Breckenridge, Keystone or Arapahoe Basin on her days off.

Brandon Jocelyn

Partial owner of Alpine Meadows, Brandon has more than 25 years experience in all phases of construction. He started a roofing company after college, has built homes and done commercial finish-out, in addition to having a welding shop.

Born in Wichita, Kansas, Brandon moved to Denver when he was three and has called Colorado his home ever since. He loves to race off-road dirt bikes as a hobby and camp in the Rocky Mountains every chance he gets. Brandon enjoys hiking in both summer and winter with his Australian Shepard, Norman. He basically loves the mountains and the fun and opportunities they bring.

Mike Fearer

Prior to joining Alpine Meadows, Mike explored several careers. He was a chef for the 1997 Olympic Mountain Bike team, opened three restaurants in Woodland Park and even owned a concrete company. Born in Colorado Springs and raised in Woodland Park, Mike joined the Alpine Meadows staff after moving to Breckenridge.

Mike has raced in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, and enjoys camping and kayaking in the summer with his family.
