About Us

Local Expertise. Personalized Service. Trusted Since 1983.

Founded in 1983, Alpine Meadows Management was created by Mike Jocelyn with one clear mission, to provide exceptional property management and outstanding customer service to the Breckenridge community. Mike saw the need for a management company that truly cared for both homeowners and HOA communities, offering dependable, high-quality service rooted in integrity and local knowledge.

As the business grew, Alpine Meadows expanded its services beyond HOA and long-term property management to include short-term vacation rental management, helping homeowners maximize their property’s potential while ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, memorable mountain experience.

Today, Alpine Meadows remains locally owned and operated by Libby Jocelyn, who continues to uphold the same values of professionalism, reliability, and community commitment that Mike established more than 40 years ago.

Our dedicated, year-round team provides responsive, hands-on management for every property we care for. Whether you’re a homeowner, HOA board member, or guest, we strive to deliver prompt communication, personalized attention, and the highest level of service in the industry.

At Alpine Meadows Management, we don’t just manage properties, we build lasting relationships and take pride in helping our community thrive.

Meet Our Team

Every member of our team is a dedicated professional who plays a vital role in our company’s success. Each individual brings unique skills, experience, and perspective that strengthen our organization and enhance the service we provide.

Mike Jocelyn

Mike founded Alpine Meadows Management after recognizing that the community needed a property management company that combined exceptional customer service with a deep understanding of local HOA needs. His commitment to integrity, reliability, and personalized care quickly set Alpine Meadows apart.
As the company grew, Mike expanded services to include short-term vacation rentals, offering homeowners trusted management and guests an exceptional mountain experience. Along the way, he met and married Libby, and together they built Alpine Meadows into a truly family-owned, local business rooted in community values.
Although Mike passed away in 2016 after a battle with cancer, his legacy continues to guide Alpine Meadows today. His vision of honest, hands-on service and strong community relationships remains at the heart of everything we do.

Libby Jocelyn

With a degree in Travel and Tourism from the Metropolitan State College of St. Louis, Libby Jocelyn moved to Breckenridge in 1983 and began her career in property management with Alpine Meadows in 1989. Starting as a front desk agent, Libby quickly advanced into management and became President in 2007.
When her husband and Alpine Meadows founder, Mike Jocelyn, retired, Libby took full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Alpine Meadows Association and Property Management, maintaining the company’s dedication to exceptional property management, HOA services, and community-focused customer care. During this time, she also earned her Community Association Manager’s License, further enhancing her expertise in Summit County HOA and property management.
Today, Libby proudly owns and operates Alpine Meadows, continuing the legacy she and Mike built together, providing trusted property management and vacation rental services to homeowners and guests throughout Breckenridge and Summit County. When time allows, she enjoys snowmobiling in the winter, side-by-siding in the summer, and spending quality time with her two amazing children in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
